Unlike our competitors, we understand the need of the medium-size project. When we were first starting out, we heard over and over from home owners that no one would take their project serious enough to return a bid, they said “it was just too small”. Contractors would come out, and then they’d ghost when it came time for a bid. We respect our clients time far too much to do that. Instead, we take an approach were all projects are created equally. If you agree upon the bid, we schedule accordingly. We don’t pick and choose what we will and won’t bid based on dollars. Full kitchen remodel? We got you. Single front door replacement? We got you.

New Attic Addition

We expanded the homeowner’s space with a full attic remodel. We added a new bath, new drywall and flooring.
Custom Wet Bar

We transformed this homeowner’s tiny space into a functional wet bar, including a custom wine storage rack to compliment new cabinetry.
Victorian Siding Restoration

This photo doesn’t do this restoration justice. A very complex restoration of the home’s siding and windows to reflect it’s original victorian era.
Ship Lap Bar Addition

As you can imagine, we’ve installed our fair share of shiplap in the greater Kansas City area. From walls to ceilings to bars, our crew in skilled in single shiplap applications.
Winterizing a Screened In Porch

We upgraded this homeowner’s screened-in porch to be fully winterized. We expanded the liveable space by matching the existing siding and adding new windows.
New Front Door

We replaced this howeowner’s existing front door. We sprayed a new storm door to match the the interior color.
New Window Installation

We updraded this homeowner’s windows, preserving the original 1930’s trim.
